5 TV Shows that logistics people Loves (Alert: Included Nostalgia)

Impossible Loads - NatGeo

From knowing the client's requirements be it Elton John and his artistic paraphernalia or a family of elephants and their strict feeding schedules, this program seemed to us the Behind The Scenes of a concert where the rockstars were traffic coordinators, customs agents, pilots and operators of cranes. Thanks for the NatGeo frontline!

Deadly Routes - History Channel

Always staying on the precipice on the edge of a new highway drama, Mortal Routes showed us the life of a team of 3 cargo truck operators on the riskiest routes in Alaska, then arranged in the Himalayas and the Andes, to prove that they are the best drivers in the world. If just watching a skilled trucker get into a warehouse window fast and accurate is mega.

Megaconstructions: Container ships - Discovery Channel

This particular series was not entirely about logistics or supply chain (but, let's face it, what construction or major project has nothing to do with logistics?) Anyway, in this episode of Megaconstructions we were given 45 minutes of How to do it a container ship, the episode takes us by the large freighters in Long Beach, California. Containers <3 There is something sublime in seeing a port with perfectly accommodated containers, cranes working, and ships docked. The stories behind each color box, each pallet, each item, we are getting romantic, but if you got this far you surely understood the point.

Airport Alert - NatGeo

Perhaps we could call it a guilty pleasure, this program has more to do with people passing through airports, smuggling and the life of the most important airports in the world than with cargo and material logistics. However, it gives us a glimpse of the days of operation inside the airport, the surveillance, and let us also see the ingenuity of the drug trafficking organizations. We like to know about everything.

Thomas & Friends - ITV, British Independent Television

A group of trains living on an island, solving problems, each train with its defined personality and representative ability, working in coordination with humans and with each other, is really, each animated episode of no more than 8 minutes, a chair of teamwork , good manners and analytical thinking. So, if you are with your children, nephews or you were entrusted to the small children of your friends, take advantage and enjoy some episodes. BONUS: Sing the opening song, so it never leaves your mind… "2, 4, 6 and 8 are, arranged in the station"
