The 5 basic points about NOM LABELING of Commercial Information for intermediate goods

5. According to the industrialists, the service level agreement published by the SE to respond to the authorization requests of the UVA and the transmission of pages to the SAT would be between 24 to 48 hours.

Import Procedure

1.- Request for import folios to the Accredited Verification Unit (UVA, a new figure).

2.- Receipt of UVA import validation folios.

Before the Ministry of Economy.

3.- Wait for authorization of folios from the UVA.

4.- Import Request Procedure.

Before the SAT

5.- Sending validation folios of the UVA.

6.- Wait for the validation of the UVA folios.

7.- Authorization for dispatch exempt from labeling.

8.- Validation of shipment of shipment to designated address.
